Donna L. DeConna is an Associate and is a member of the Healthcare, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home/Skilled Nursing Facility/Assisted Living Facility and Long Term Care & Elder practice groups. Ms. DeConna has been practicing law for over 20 years and has substantial experience handling general liability, medical malpractice, product liability, and commercial litigation cases both in Florida and California. She is a member of the Florida Bar and California Bar.

Ms. DeConna received her Bachelor of Science in Economics from Florida State University. She received her Juris Doctorate from Nova University School of Law in 1991. She was Lead Articles Editor for the Nova Law Review and Editor of the Symposium on International Criminal Law and the recipient of the International Law Scholarship Award from the Florida Bar the year she graduated. During law school she was hired by the defense as the only law clerk in the trial of United States v. General Manuel A. Noriega. She worked for criminal defense attorney Roy Black on notable trials before moving into the civil arena
