Lorelei Lynch is special counsel at Ullman Bursa. Ms. Lynch is a Florida licensed registered nurse and attorney. Ms. Lynch focuses her practice on defending professional negligence cases against hospitals, physicians, advanced practice registered nurses (APRN), nursing homes and assisted living facilities.  She also practices health law compliance with a focus on medical spas and nurse practitioners (APRN) in addition to physicians engaged in providing cosmetic invasive and non-invasive procedures to their patients.

Ms. Lynch earned her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law and is a member in good standing of The Florida Bar. During law school, she competed in mock trials and advanced to the final rounds, completed a federal legal internship at the U.S. Attorneys Office, Torts Division in Tampa, and a federal judicial externship with the Honorable Thomas B. McCoun, U.S. Middle District of Florida. Prior to serving as an attorney, Ms. Lynch graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Immediately after graduating nursing school, Ms. Lynch served in a neuro-surgery ICU at Harper Hospital, Detroit, Michigan. Thereafter, she served in the cardiac ICU at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, Michigan.

Ms. Lynch has represented clients in medical malpractice and nursing home claims throughout her entire legal career. She handles all phases of litigation from pre-suit to formal complaints and trials resulting in jury verdicts. With a broad range of experiences across the healthcare industry, Ms. Lynch masterfully articulates complex healthcare-related facts to a jury or the court of law on behalf of her clients.
