Victoria W. Levy is a partner with Ullman Bursa Law and a member of the medical malpractice, nursing home, and assisted living defense practice. Her additional areas of practice include general liability, wrongful death, premises liability, environmental litigation, toxic tort, and asbestos litigation. Ms. Levy began her practice as an Assistant Public Defender in Hillsborough County, Florida. She continued her defense practice in the civil realm at a boutique insurance defense firm practicing primarily in Tampa, Florida. Ms. Levy handled matters through all stages of litigation involving personal injury, automobile negligence, PIP, construction defect and premises liability for over two years. Ms. Levy was a member of our medical malpractice, nursing home, and assisted living defense group from 2013 to 2015, and rejoined the team in 2018.
